SEAFOOD AND ANDOUILLE GUMBO
This is an old family recipe, and Mama Laura's speciality. This thick rich gumbo is mildly spicy and chocked full of shrimp, sausage and blue crabs straight from Bon Secour Bay. Gumbo is traditionally served over rice.
This meal can be complimented with fried, broiled or blackened fish, marinated coleslaw,and hush puppies.
this meal comes with dessert, try a fruit cobbler or key lime pie.
This is a spicy rice entree, full of chicken , shrimp and ham or sausage. Served with green salad, homemade rolls and vegetable dish of your choice.

PAN FRIED CHICKEN
Chicken dipped in buttermilk and rolled in flour to create a crispy coating, served with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, green salad and either homemade rolls or cat head biscuits.
Add an old fashioned banana pudding for desert.
